The Advanced Bariatrics Patient Support Group was created to be a safe and supportive environment for our patients. We want to encourage our patients to share their weight loss victories and the tools they used to overcome challenges along their bariatric journey. Being able to communicate with fellow patients who are walking the same bariatric path you are is everything.
We will also be providing educational information during every stage of the weight loss journey. Some features of the support group will include in-person activities such as a walk in the park, clothing exchange, grocery store tours, and an annual Christmas party. We will also have special guests incorporated throughout the year including plastic surgeons, dietitians, vitamin reps, fitness experts, and psychologists.
